I was born in Cuba
 
How long have you lived in SW Florida and what's the best thing about living here?
 
I have been lived in the U.S. for 20 years; first it was in Miami and now Cape Coral.  I like the weather because is pretty much the same as I was used to in Cuba.  There is almost no traffic in Cape Coral (unlike Miami)!
 
Tell us about the first animal you loved....
 
I owned a Dalmatian who was very smart and very close to me.  I got her when she was a puppy; unfortunately she passed away two years ago when she was ten.  I still miss her, but I know we had very good years together, and that I did everything in my power to make her happy.
 
What animals companions share your life now?
 
I have a female Siberian Husky, a female Cocker Spaniel, and a male Pekingese. My newest pet is male Bengal cat.
 
What keeps you busy when you are not at work or caring for your own animals?
 
I like to exercise every day. I ride my bike with the Siberian Husky because by nature they are very energetic dogs. So the exercise is good for her too.  I also like to read and go to the movies with my kids.
